BESPOKE SERVICES

Hourly design services at $150 per hour.

NEW CONSTRUCTION

We provide complete custom home design, space planning, and interior finish selection. Successful projects involve collaboration with the architect, interior designer, engineer, landscape designer, and contractor. We can work with your chosen partners or help create a team from trusted professionals.

REMODEL & RENOVATION

We use our knowledge of different architectural styles to guide our remodeling projects. We respect original details while updating the space for modern needs and your lifestyle. OUR PROCESS

  • CONCEPT

    Meet with clients to thoroughly discuss the scope of work, budget considerations, and ultimate end goals for their projects. After establishing these foundational elements, begin the process of design concepting and thoughtful space planning to create effective and aesthetically pleasing solutions.

  • DESIGN

    Room-specific designs and detailed plans are created, while finish material selections are approved. Comprehensive drawing sets, which include essential components such as floor and ceiling plans, detailed elevations, electrical plans, and finish selection documents, are compiled for use during the construction process.

  • CREATE

    Onsite meetings, walkthroughs with contractors, detailed process documentation, and careful installation are all essential components of the project. These elements work together to ensure that everything runs smoothly and efficiently from start to finish.
